Job Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-quality, visually appealing, and user-friendly websites—primarily on WordPress, with occasional projects on Shopify, Wix, or Webflow.
- Create corporate-level UI/UX designs using Figma, InVision, or Adobe XD, ensuring brand consistency and a polished look.
- Execute fast design iterations for SMEs while maintaining high design standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including corporate clients, SMEs, and marketing teams, to refine UI/UX and web functionalities.
- Translate design mockups into responsive, pixel-perfect websites.
- Optimize, troubleshoot, and debug website issues across various platforms.
- Manage workflows and timelines, ensuring efficient project delivery.
- Write proper documentation for design systems, UI components, and project workflows.
- Support and maintain both existing and new projects, including webmaster duties for maintenance clients.
- Occasionally work on branding, graphics, and marketing collaterals when required.

Requirements (Must-Have):
- Strong design skills in UI/UX with expertise in Figma, InVision, or Adobe XD (aesthetic sense is crucial).
- Proven experience in web design with a portfolio showcasing corporate websites and fast SME iterations.
- Solid expertise in WordPress, including theme customization, plugins, and visual builders like Elementor, Beaver Builder, WPBakery.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery).
- Ability to turn wireframes and mockups into responsive, functional websites.
- Experience with WooCommerce for e-commerce projects.
- Strong eye for typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining design integrity.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have):
- Experience with Shopify, Wix, or Webflow (secondary but useful).
- Knowledge of PHP development and security best practices.
- Ability to develop custom WordPress plugins.
- DNS and server management experience.
- Familiarity with technical SEO (site speed, schema, meta tags).
- Understanding of RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with web servers (Nginx, Apache) and databases (MySQL).
- Experience with PHP frameworks like Laravel.
- Knowledge of Progressive Web Apps (PWA).
