Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Admin Officer. This role offers the flexibility working part-time, in office (near City Hall MRT) or remote from home, with adjustable hours to accommodate family commitments or personal needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for data entry, invoicing, and general administrative support using various software platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Key in details from scanned hard copy forms sent via email, using Word/Excel
Perform invoicing using Excel (training provided)
Prepare Credit Notes and Debit Notes
Generate monthly reports (e.g., Credit Note Report, Revenue Report)
Raise purchase orders based on vendor quotations received via email
Prepare quotations using Microsoft Excel
Assisting with daily administrative tasks
Basic document editing and other ad-hoc support duties

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Good communication skills, especially via email
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Must be comfortable working remotely and maintaining confidentiality of information
Fluent in English
Speaking Chinese or German is a plus
